The New Year!
Happy New Year Everyone!
I can't believe it's 2017! I hope your January is off to a spectacular start. It's resolution time and, for this new year, I have decided to put a focus on eating clean, exercise, and drinking MORE WATER! The last sounds random but it really does make a difference. To kick off the year in above said fashion it seemed only appropriate to venture north--to Vermont to be exact. Ski time. We teamed up with friends and hit the slopes. I couldn't think of a better way to start 2017 than with a beautiful winter wonderland, crisp cold air (9 degrees at the base and negatives at the top--yikes!), fabulous friends, and such an awesome form of fun and exercise.
