It's March!  It's St. Patrick's Day more specifically.  Happy St. Patrick's Day!  I hope the third month of the year has you in a fabulous place for 2017.  Wishing you all the luck of the Irish and the drive and focus that brings all that "luck".  :)  In honor of the day of green, shamrocks, and pots of gold I am sharing a recent gallery visit showcasing one of my most favorite artists--in GREEN.  February 2017 marked the 30 year anniversary of the famed pop artist Andy Warhol's death.  Skarstedt Fine Gallery showcased the self portrait series in his honor-- and it was as bold and beautiful as he was.  This portrait is fitting for today.  Wear your green.  Don't get pinched!

If you are still focusing on your New Year's Resolutions and one of them happens to be eating healthy, I must tell you about the all too delicious "Poke Bowl". I am absolutely obsessed! Poke Bowls are the pure definition of clean eating---a grain, greens, or a mixture of both, pick your protein, and add some fruit or veggies---this is your meal.  Packed with nutrients and vitamins, light, and surprisingly filling.  There are so many shops opening up with this great lunch or dinner option; get out there and find one as fast as you can.  You will be glad you did.

If you have a dinner club and are hosting soon why not set up a Poke Bar in your home?!  Each guest can build their own bowl. All you need are your core ingredients, chop sticks, some good wine, and, of course, a great pack of cocktail napkins!  We suggest the following on a day like today.  Your guests will love your creativity and you'll score one for yourself with healthy eating.
